  1. Click ‘Learning Pathways’ on your side menu (if side menu not visible click the 3 lines in the top left corner)



  2. Select your learning pathway from the three drop down menus

    Drop down one – you will need to select which Games Edition you want
    Drop down two – The type of learning pathway
    Drop down three – Select the FA you want from the list

  3. Click your activity


  4. Click ‘Send Feedback Form’


  5. You will then see the course admin has been automatically filled in the fields under ‘Course Admin'

  6. You then need to select the feedback form from the drop down, a list of attendees will appear you need to tick the boxes next to the people you want to send the feedback form to



  7. Click send feedback form
