  1. Go to www.ogkmlearning.com and log in with your registered email and password

  2. Click on 'Online Learning'


  3. You will now see your courses, scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see completed courses

  4. Next to your completed courses click ‘Complete Course Feedback’  Feedback’ this will open a new window with the feedback form (Please be aware that *=Mandatory)


  5. Once you have completed the feedback form click 'Submit Feedback'


  6. You then need to click ‘Course home’


  7. Once you have completed the feedback you need to click 'Download your certificate'


  8. Scroll down to Completed courses, you can now download your certificate by clicking 'Download certificate' next to completed courses
    Please check your 'download folder' for your certificate
