  1. Go to www.ogkmlearning.com here you will see the login page

  2. Click on 'Forgotten your password? Reset it here'


  3. You will then need to enter your registered email address into the 'Your email' box


  4. Once you have entered your registered email click 'Reset password'

  5. Check your emails for your password reset link. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive this in your inbox

  6. Click 'Reset password' link in your email


  7. Once you have clicked the 'Reset password' link then you will be directed to reset your password page


  8. You will then need to enter a new password

    Caution! Your password must contain:
    - At least 6 characters
    - At least one special character !@$%^&*()_{}
    - At least one number (0-9) 

  9. Click 'Proceed'

  10. Your password is now changed, you can log in as normal with your verified email address and new password
