  1. Click ‘Learning Pathways’ on your side menu (if side menu not visible click the 3 lines in the top left corner)



  2. Select your learning pathway from the three drop down menus

    Drop down one – you will need to select which Games Edition you want
    Drop down two – The type of learning pathway
    Drop down three – Select the FA you want from the list



  3. You will then see your activities; you can view these either in a grid or timeline view. You will need to then click the calendar icon



  4. You will now be at the course creation page

  5. You will then need to click on ‘Edit activity details’


  6. You will be taken to a new page where you will be able to amend the details for that activity.


  7.  Make sure you select if you need to send a feedback form by clicking 'Yes' or 'No'

  8. Once you have completed the form you need to click ‘Save Changes’



  9. Add email into box (Only workshops require you to input attendees)
    - To add attendees to your session they need to be registered already, if you are not registered further fields will appear


  10. If you put in a unregistered email


    (if this box does appear then you will need to click ‘Continue with ….’ Then you will need to fill in the persons First name, Last name, Gender and which country they are from. Then click ‘Save’)



  11. Tick the box ‘The attendees list above is complete’

  12. Click ‘Submit this programme’


  13. Then you will see a message saying, ‘Programme Submitted Successfully’, click the link below that ‘Return to programme administration homepage
